3. AI-Generated Content

POSTD generates content using AI.
You understand and agree that:

  • AI outputs may not always be accurate

  • You are responsible for reviewing final content before publishing

  • You may not use outputs for unlawful or misleading purposes

  • Brand Fidelity Score (BFS) is an estimated metric only

We are not liable for any harm resulting from content you choose to publish.

4. Payment & Subscriptions

POSTD may offer paid subscription plans.
By subscribing, you authorize:

  • Recurring charges

  • Automatic renewals unless cancelled

  • Final sale on delivered services

We do not issue refunds for used subscription time.

5. Third-Party Integrations

Our platform integrates with:

  • Meta (Facebook, Instagram)

  • Google

  • TikTok

  • OpenAI, Anthropic (AI content generation)

Use of these platforms is subject to their own terms and policies.

6. Intellectual Property

  • You retain rights to the content you upload.

  • AI-generated content is yours to use.

  • Our platform, branding, templates, and software remain our property.

You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute the POSTD platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

POSTD is provided “as is.”

We are not responsible for:

  • Platform downtime

  • API changes from Meta or other partners

  • Content errors, missed posts, or scheduling delays

  • Data loss due to user actions

  • Damages resulting from AI-generated content

Your use of the platform is at your own risk.

8. Termination

We may suspend your account if:

  • You violate these Terms

  • You misuse social platform integrations

  • Payment fails repeatedly

  • Abuse or fraudulent behavior is detected

You may terminate your account at any time.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
